Processing & Delivery Information
• Orders placed before 2:00pm (Mon–Fri) are usually processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00pm (Mon–Fri) will be processed the following working day.
• Orders placed on a Friday after 2:00pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery Options
• All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class (estimated 1–2 business days).
• If you’d like extra peace of mind, you can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for an additional cost.
